RETURNS:

Return Policy

We have a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of order. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear, and all labels still attached.

The below items are ineligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or Custom Items (Player jerseys are made-to-order and are considered customized
    items)
  • Sale or Clearance Items
  • Dated or Collectible Items
  • Items marked delivered more than 30 days ago

 Upon receiving your returned items, it generally takes up to 5 business days to process the return. However, during busy periods, processing may take longer, so please allow up to 14 business days. Please note, a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund total if we provide the return label.

Mailing Your Return

To return items, please reach out to Customer Service for a return label. $7.99 will be deducted from your return amount for the label unless the reason for the return is a defect, a fulfillment error or a was damaged in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Product

If you find that the merchandise you've received from us is of unsatisfactory quality, damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Service Team to submit a damage claim.

We will offer a prepaid return label only offered on items that were damaged, workmanship fault, or error on our part. Please follow the instructions below to file a claim and request a prepaid return label.

To address the issues quickly, please  be prepared to provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage 
  • 2-3 clear photos of the damaged/faulty item (including tags) 
  • If the damage was caused during transit, provide a photo of the packaging as well 
  • Your preferred resolution - refund or replacement (the team will accommodate where possible) 

Once the support team has documented the damage, they will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms to include with your return.

Due to high demand of items, we recommend following the return steps above and placing an new order for the correct item and size you are interested in.
